Prime Cache Pro may optionally integrate with third-party services such as CDN providers or object cache backends (Redis, Memcached, APCu). Use of these services is subject to each provider’s terms of service and privacy policy. Any fees charged by such third-party services are separate from the Plugin license fee and are the sole responsibility of the site owner.

3. We do not warrant that we will resolve any issues described in the preceding two paragraphs at our responsibility and expense. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Plugin.

5. Data Handling

Prime Cache operates entirely on your own server and does not transmit visitor data to external parties. Cached HTML files are stored on your server’s filesystem. If you optionally enable CDN or Cloudflare integrations, visitor data may be processed by those third-party services subject to their own privacy policies, which are the site owner’s responsibility to review and accept.

6. Refund Policy

More than 14 days after purchase, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital products. However, if you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate payment — contact us at any time.

The Plugin offers a free version (Free) available on WordPress.org. Before purchasing, we recommend verifying the following with the free version:
