Refund Policy
How to request a refund
Email info@raplsworks.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please send the request from (or mention) the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order. You do not need to explain your reason, although feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve the product.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- After the refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
After the 14-day window
Because our Pro plugins are digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds more than 14 days after purchase. However, if you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount — contact us at any time and we will investigate and make it right.
Renewal payments
Optional yearly renewals (for continued updates and support) are covered by the same guarantee: you may request a full refund of a renewal payment within 14 days of the renewal charge. The plugin continues to work even if you choose not to renew.
The free versions
The free versions of Rapls AI Chatbot and Prime Cache are free forever and involve no payment to us. Note that third-party service fees — AI provider API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, etc.) for Rapls AI Chatbot, or CDN / hosting services you connect to Prime Cache — are billed separately by each provider under their own terms and are not covered by this policy.
