Q. Where can I get an API key?
You can get it from each AI provider’s official site. OpenAI at platform.openai.com, Claude at console.anthropic.com, and Gemini at aistudio.google.com.
Q. Which AI model do you recommend?
For general use, we recommend “GPT-4o-mini” for its balance of cost and performance. If you prioritize natural language, “Claude 3.5 Sonnet” is great. For lowest cost, choose “Gemini 1.5 Flash”.
Q. Is conversation history saved?
Yes, it’s saved by default. You can view and delete conversation history from the admin panel. Retention period can be changed in settings (default 90 days).
Q. How does the free trial work?
You can use all features free for 30 days. After the trial, a license purchase is required to continue (currently on sale: $4.9). API costs are separate.
Q. Can I use multiple AI providers at once?
You can configure multiple API keys, but only one provider can be active at a time. You can switch between them anytime in settings.
