5. Data Handling

The Plugin stores conversation history between the chatbot and users in the WordPress database.
To generate AI responses, user questions and site content are sent to the respective AI providers.
Please also review each AI provider’s privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided after the purchase of a Plugin license, for any reason whatsoever.

The Plugin offers a 30-day free trial period. During the trial period, you have full access to all features without any limitations. Please thoroughly verify the following before making a purchase:

• Compatibility with your server environment and WordPress configuration
• Whether all required features are available
• Compatibility with other plugins you use
• API configuration and functionality with AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)

Please conduct thorough testing during the trial period and purchase a license only if you are fully satisfied.
We cannot accept refund requests for reasons such as “it was not what I expected” or “it did not work with my environment” after purchase.

7. Pricing

The license price for this Plugin is subject to change without prior notice.
Licenses purchased before a price change will be honored at the purchase price.

8. Support

Technical support is provided to license holders.
Support is limited to basic usage of the Plugin and resolution of technical issues.
Site-specific customizations and compatibility issues with third-party plugins may not be covered by support.
